Titan Hospitality Group of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania has submitted a plan for a four-story, 113-room hotel on a 3-acre site near the entrance to Delaware Park. Because Titan's plan is revising a previously approved plan, it is considered a minor resubdivision plan and does not require a county hearing. Its approved hotel was about 10,000 square feet larger than Titan's proposed hotel.
